Our part-time Stock clerk/Dishwasher will help with a variety of duties in support of Food/Nutrition Services, such as stockroom organization, inventory, sanitation and cleaning. Washing dishes with the 3-compartment sink method. Persons in this position must be flexible in the performance of a variety of duties from day-to-day. Hours are Monday - Friday 7:00am -1:00pm.
1. Assures efficient operation of the stock room area.
a. Receives all ordered items and checks vendor invoices against items received.
b. Stock all incoming items correctly.
c. Maintain good warehouse procedures in day-to-day management of stockroom.
d. Reports and works with Food Production Clerk to resolve all discrepancies.
e. Maintain the first-in, first-out rule.
2. Assures clean and sanitized stocking areas.
a. Clean and sanitize walk-ins weekly.
b. Clean inside of walk-ins as needed.
c. Clean outside of freezers weekly.
d. Keep stockroom clean and orderly.
3. Performs all duties as related to the dish room. Washing, rinsing, and sanitizing of all dishes, putting them away, and keeping shelving units clean and organized.
4. Performs other related duties as assigned for the effective operation of the department and the agency.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
KNOWLEDGE OF: Food service operations and procedures relating to warehouse inventory and stockroom as well as cleaning and sanitation.
ABILITY TO: Read and follow directions and plan-o-grams. Document information; physically stack and store food cases and disposables; compute figures; maintain inventory and communicate effectively with peers and supervisor.
SKILL IN: Inventory/warehouse management.
QUALIFICATIONS
Completion of a standard high school course of study or equivalent with one (1) to two (2) years experience in food warehousing or inventory control and record keeping. Previous experience in a service-oriented business environment.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

There are two full-time Financial Service Worker/Payee open. This position is accountable for functioning as a representative payee for assigned clients who are disabled and are unable to manage their own money safely and responsibly. The position will also maintain the automated financial payee system and related computer records.
1. Performs various payee duties for severely mentally disabled clients and APS senior clients.
a. Obtains payeeships from banks and other agencies.
b. Establishes and maintains accounts to receive and safeguard client funds.
c. Budgets and analyzes clients' financial status.
d. Negotiates with creditors on balances and payment plans for clients.
e. Researches and pays necessary bills for clients.
f. Balances clients' check registers with monthly banking statements.
g. Determines clients' spending priorities and investment of surplus funds.
h. Maintains close working relationships case managers at Senior Resource Connection.
2. Maintains the automated representative financial payee software system for the program.
a. Manages the data entry of all client financial transactions with the computerized system.
b. Maintains the computerized software system to assure its effectiveness.
c. Audits the transactions for internal quality assurance within the program.
3. Performs various activities relating to the Social Services Division.
a. Attends and actively participates in staff meetings and training sessions.

QUALIFICATIONS
Must have one (1) year of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or financial management.

(2) Full-time OUTREACH ASSESSORS are needed in our Meals on Wheels department. Accountable for performing telephone and in-home assessments and providing direct service to eligible clients in the service area, with strict confidentiality. Person must know how to use Word and Excel and some Access. Position is M-F.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
1. Provides assessment/reassessment services to eligible customers.
a. Conducts telephone intake interviews.
b. Performs home assessments of customers for Meal on Wheels service.
c. Coordinates referrals to appropriate agencies.
d. Expresses patience, care and respect to customers.
2. Maintains records and reports.
a. Completes all assessment and reassessment documentation accurately and thoroughly
in a timely manner.
b. Furnishes daily activity logs and meets established assessment/ reassessment quotas as required.
c. Monitors customers on extended hold to evaluate future need.
d. Performs periodic records’ review as assigned.
3. Performs various activities relating to the development of the program.
a. Assists in contacting customers who do not receive meals as needed.
b. Participates in staff meetings, conferences, workshops, and training sessions.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION
This position is accountable for assisting the Meals on Wheels Records Coordinator in tabulating and maintaining accurate records for the Meals on Wheels Division of the Nutrition Services Department with strict client confidentiality.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
1. Helps to maintain accurate records to document the activities of the Meals on Wheels division.
a. Completes new client intake procedures.
b. Prepares route sheets for use by drivers on a weekly basis.
c. Maintains accurate Meal on Wheels filing system.
d. Assists in reviewing, on a daily basis, the completed Meals on Wheels route sheets and attempts to contact customers who did not receive their meal.

We have an ongoing need for people that are passionate about giving back to their community through serving home-bound seniors. This position is accountable for packing, driving, delivering and service monitoring meals delivered to clients. Provides transportation services for employees going to and from the parking lot.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
1. Transports food/service equipment to nutrition sites.
2. Accurately compiling & loading food and supply orders needed each day.
3. Returns food containers from nutrition sites for cleaning and sanitation.
4. Maintains, Reports and logs vehicle breakdowns, malfunctions, mishaps and accidents that occur
during route.
5. Have vehicle washed, fueled, etc. as needed.
Performs other related duties as assigned by the supervisor including delivery of meals if needed.
