Planned Giving

Plan to include a bequest to Senior Resource Connection as part of your final wishes. This typically is done by making the necessary arrangements in the present, through your will or trust, and the gift is allocated at a future date most often once the donor has passed away. Examples of planned gifts include cash, stocks, life insurance proceeds, real estate, annuities and trusts.

Although your attorney will create the actual language, following is a sample for inclusion in your estate plan:
“I give [the sum of ____________ dollars ($_____________)[___] percent of my estate/trust] to Senior Resource Connection (EIN: 31-0592759), an Ohio nonprofit corporation in Dayton, Ohio, or its successor in interest, for its general charitable purposes.”
