Intake Screening Assessor
Completes intake-screening assessments.  Works in conjunction with Social Workers and Case Managers.  Completes all necessary intake screening tools and forms.  Must have two (2) year BA/BS Degree in Social Work, Behaviorial Sciences or related field.  Must have phone and computer skills with the ability to work in word and excel. 

Cook
Prepares meals and various duties to assist in the coordination of food/nutrition service operations. Must have 1-2 years of experience in restaurant/food service operations.

Assists in the preparation of meals and the coordination of food/nutrition service
operations.  Must have 1-2 years of experience in restaurant/food service operations.
